NFP Office - Administrative Support Not-for-Profit Office provides integrated adminstration and collaboration tools specifically aimed at the Directors and Staff of Not-for-Profit organizations. The key components are:
The Desktop The central focus for the system with drop-down menus and icons for the the key features. Users must sign-in to the system to get access to the Desktop and other components. It also provides sticky notes, reminders for due and overdue activities and a shared whiteboard.
Workplan Facility (responsibility tracking) Provides the ability to record all of the standard recurring activities that the organization must perform each year, who needs to do them and when. It also provides the tracking and reminders during the year for these activities.
Member Database A database with standard and ad-hoc reporting capabilities. It can be easily customized to add additional fields.
Integrated Email Client A capable email facility that can handle multiple email accounts per user. It is integrated with the Request / Problem facility to enable the easy raising of request records from emails (so they can be assigned and tracked).
Calendaring Facility This can be used for individual user, calanders, to schedule meetings, or as a means of booking commn resources such as a conference room.
Request / Problem Facility This can be used to track problems or requests or to record reminders. An "outboard" component is provided to allow people outside the system to make requests or log problems.
