ClubPro Field Management A new Field Management facility is almost complete. This will allow a Club to record all of the time that has been booked with the field / facility owner and then manage that time. This will minimize the effort needed to ensure that the all of the booked time is used or released in time (assuming that there is a deadline before which time can be released). It provides the ability for teams to see the available time and book a time slot. This can be immediate or it optionally be sent to the Club for approval.
This new function works as an integrated component of the ClubPro system so any games that are added will be recorded as part of the appropriate contract.
