I do not advertise fixed / low-ball prices because every user and every site is different (and you wouldn't want it any other way). Once I understand your needs I can give you a fixed price.

At the low end of the scale, if all you need is a shell and you want to add the content, the cost could be as low as $300. In most cases, for an "average" site, the cost will probably be in the $800 - $1400 range.
