ClubReg Registration System
This system provides online user facilities as well as back-office facilities for sports clubs. The key components are:

• Online registration
  Customizable form with immediate payment accepted through PayPal, or processed later by the Club office.
   
• User registration lookup
  For clubmembers. They can confirm their registration online. You can provide them with additional information such as team assignement, key dates, contacts and other details.
   
• Back-office entry
  For those who need to capture registrations, use the information to assign players to teams and submit registration information to a Governing Organization. It provides online capture, with batch controls and $ totals.
   
• Mass email
  Provides the ability to send a standard email to specific divisions that you choose based on information captured in the registration system.
   
• Team assignment
  Allows you to assign players (registered by the system) to teams. You may optionally assign ratings and provide shirt numbers. Once players are assigned, you can produce individual team lists. These will show the number of players on each team as well as the average rating (if they were provided).  
   
• Sponsor management 
  Provides facilities to manage sponsor solicitation, assignment to teams and the maintenance of sponsor information including preferences.
