I posted a list today of the tools and facilities that I use for Web and Windows Development. These are mostly free resources that provide a fairly complete development environment. I have included links to the appropriate sites where you can download the tools. There is also information on how to do some integration to make the combined use even more effective.
This list may be useful to those who are just getting started and those who would like to add some additional tools to their existing bag of tricks. Generally, these tools are:
